　　赵斌夫妇正处于事业的起步阶段，尽管目前家庭积余较少,在线教育，但随着工作经验的积累，收入必将逐步增加，因而大可不必为生活压力而一筹莫展。但重要的是，年轻夫妇需及早建立家庭理财的正确观念，做好家庭资产配置，积少成多，长期投资。
　　劳动法规定，女职工产前假及哺乳假按照实际工资的80%发放，产假期间领取社保基金为公司平均水平的100%。假设赵斌夫妇一年之后怀孕，保守估算妻子莉莉当年的收入为：8个月收入4000元，4个月5000元。家庭年度总体收入下降8000元左右。
　　家庭负债一般在25%-30%之间是较为合理的水平。目前赵先生家庭房贷占月收入40%，在可接受的范围内略微偏高。建议赵先生住房贷款采用等额本息支付的方式，尝试与银行沟通，看能否申请到打折的房贷利率。如果成功申请（按照9.2折计算），在央行贷款利率下调的基础上，每月的房贷水平可以下降到3600元左右。鉴于赵先生夫妇目前月收入和存款状况，不建议提前还贷及缩短贷款期限，保持一定的资产流动性和投资比例是不错的选择。

　　A、备用金的简单处理
　　赵先生家庭组建不久，夫妻二人工作稳定，目前存款不多，风险承受能力不强。家庭目前除了投资余额宝，无其他理财方式。赵先生有一定的投资意识。随着未来收入稳步上升，资产有进一步组合优化的空间。

　　由于赵斌夫妇还款压力较大、而且贷款利率上浮，而公积金账户中却躺着4.4万元的余额在“享受活期存款利率”，如何用好公积金来减轻还贷压力对于赵斌夫妇家显得尤为重要。主要可以通过以下两种方式：
　　根据以上综合建议，现有的通胀水平下，假设赵斌夫妇投资于货币基金收益率5%左右，理财产品（如P2P）收益率8%，混合型基金收益率10%（鉴于未来A股市场有稳定增长的预期），一年后家庭现金流收支状况如上表。
　　分析调整之后的现金流状况，赵斌夫妇每月可结余4400元（结余比率40%左右属合理水平）。因将来有生宝宝计划，建议将每月结余的30%左右1400元用于基金定投（货币性基金），可作为家庭保险支出。剩余3000元可购买混合型基金，可作为强制储蓄，为未来家庭有突发状况做应急或者作为未来的教育基金长期持有。按照这样的方式定期投资存储，未来的收入将非常可观。
　　理财目标：
　　去年初结婚的赵斌最近压力最大，虽然在老家省城买下了一套房子，但为此担负了50多万元的贷款，家里已经帮忙付了30万元的首付，剩下的按揭贷款再也不好意思向家里伸手了。“我每月的收入才五六千元，可是光住房贷款就有近4000多元，媳妇的收入和我差不多，房贷几乎占据我们小两口总收入的40%，这个比例非常吓人。”小赵摇头表示，鸭梨山大！“我都已经30多岁了，马上就要面临生孩子的问题，而且双方父母也都年纪大了，将来的教育、医疗还有房贷，想想头就大。”
　　夫妻二人意见不统一，希望我们的理财师帮忙好好筹划下。
　　首先是公积金提取，用来冲还贷款本金。赵斌可向当地公积金中心咨询具体的公积金政策，若可行，则可减少本金4.4万元，将近10%，每月月供也可相应下降约10%。
　　宝宝的到来会增加家庭开支、为家里增添欢声笑语，同时还会带来一笔额外的收入——生育保险金。赵斌夫妇可将这笔生育保险金再次加入投资，也可将其用来为家庭成员购买保险。
　　2、想把房贷利率降低，减轻房贷压力。

　　从上表我们可以看出，赵斌一家财务状况特点鲜明：
　　1、4万元年终奖如何打理？
　　关于第二个理财目标——降低房贷利率，暂时可能无法降低贷款利率折扣，但随着11月22日央行[微博]的不对称降息，5年期贷款利率降至6.15%，也即赵斌目前的商业贷款利率将从7.205%降至6.765%。由于当前中国经济正面临转型，且经济增长下滑，政府正采取一系列措施降低融资成本，以刺激实体经济，且目前进一步降息的空间依然存在，这将帮助赵斌家庭节省部分利息开支、以补贴家用。
　　夫妻二人的月收入加起来在万元左右，而开销却要近6000元，刨去3938元的月供，还要2000多元的日常开销，其中交通费400元、话费200元、伙食费1000多元，还有每季度的添衣购物1000多元。而目前夫妻二人并无任何存款，只有余额宝[微博]的1万元。
　　针对赵先生这样的稳健性收入家庭，根据其日常开支，建议可灵活变现的资产配置为2万元，投资于货币基金或者其他现金理财产品。剩余12000元可投资于资金起点较低的理财产品，如陆金所的P2P理财，预期年化收益率8 %。
　　其次是用公积金冲月供。赵斌可积极关注当地的公积金相关政策信息，一旦出台相关细则，即可办理异地公积金冲月供，这样可大幅节省工资还贷的支出，从而增加每月工资结余。
　　当然，对于赵斌夫妇来讲，受限于时间和经验，直接投资股市或债市，可能不太现实，适合其参与股市或债市的方式便是投资于国内基金。鉴于目前赵斌夫妇处于生命周期中的财富起步期，可采取进取型投资策略，在投资品种的选择上，可较大比例投资于偏股型基金，如60%投资于偏股型基金、40%投资于债券型基金。当然，具体的投资比例还需按照赵斌夫妇的风险偏好来最终确定。
　　财务现状：
　　1、    经济压力较大：除一套房产外，赵斌夫妇资产所剩无几，却背负着50多万的贷款；而每月现金流也非常紧张，除去月供和每月开销，每月结余4000元已算幸运。
　　“赵先生家庭是典型的工薪阶层家庭，鉴于夫妻目前月收入和存款状况，不建议提前还贷及缩短住房贷款期限，保持一定的资产流动性和投资比例是不错的选择。”
