4. Using the plastic crowbar,slide along the lower right edge carefully and lift the screen from the back panel.



5. Flip up the retaining flaps on the ZIF connectors that secure the three ribbon cables.



6. Disconnect the three cables from the socket on the motherboard carefully.

7. Remove the 10 3 mm screws around the battery.



8. Use a spudger to lift the battery edge. Remove the battery by holding down the motherboard and lifting the battery gently.



9. After removing the battery, you can replace the new battery and reassemble it.
