继上一届8个区课题立项，本届我校共有10项区课题被立项，其中综合类重点课题1项、综合类一般课题4项；微型类课题5项。
“行为知之始，知为行之成”。课题研究是学校科研发展的重要抓手，是老师逐步形成科研意识的重要体现，也是我校教师实现“公转”与“自转”的重要路径。      2021年1月6日，思明区教育科学“十三五”规划2020年度课题开题论证会在厦门第二实验小学莲花校区五楼梯形教室隆重举行。
课题研究促“自转”，科研发展齐“公转” ——我校召开区教育科学“十三五”规划2020年度课题开题论证会
专家的把脉诊断，拨云见日般地打开教师的研究思路，明晰了课题研究方向，也意味着课题研究老师开启了研究探索之路。我们相信，在“公转”的带动下，我校教师通过课题研究实现“自转”，老师们定能从中汲取到科研的力量，在自我提升中快乐科研，幸福成长。
最后，课题主持人代表陈雪霞老师和蔡斯琪老师进行表态：第一，夯实理论知识基础；第二，严格按照课题方案进行严谨有序研究；第三，发挥课题组成员合作研究，共同协作的精神；第四，研究后期梳理、总结、再完善，并发挥示范和辐射作用。
上午，林睿老师和张荣生老师对每个课题进行诊断把脉，提出了具体可行的指导建议。
张荣生老师亲切的话语和详尽的点拨，也为老师们课题研究指明了方向，让老师们明晰了什么是研究目标以及如何掌握科学的研究方法。他还提出了殷切的希望，希望老师们做课题时能继续深化文献论证研究，课题研究论证时要关注先进性、创新性、操作性，并且课题研究要跟最新的理论接轨。张老师的指导，如醍醐灌顶，打开了课题主持人的思路，给了老师们很大的启发。
下午，另外的两位专家叶悬冰老师和陈雪芳老师高度赞许了二实小“公转”和“自转”式教师发展模式，二实小重视在学校“和美”理念的引领下，通过课题研究培养教师自我发展，自我成长的能力。同时，两位专家对下午场课题进行了肯定，认为课题主持人具备课题研究素养，能立足学生立场，立足学科进行有意义和有价值的研究。此外，两位专家也针对这五个课题的科学性和可行性提出了权威性的指导意见。
陈雪芳老师认为，课题核心概念应聚焦，不宜过多；研究目标应明晰简化表述；研究内容需有所提炼；研究成果可体现学科的特殊性，避免过于普适化。

叶悬冰老师认为开题报告就是规划课题研究的路线图，非常重要,内容付费。叶老师针对课题存在的问题提出了以下建议：研究目标、研究目的、研究内容和研究策略要有更详尽和细化的规划和阐述。研究思路可采取可视化呈现。研究目标、研究内容和研究策略应具有相关性和逻辑性以及用科学记录的方式，如量表等测量课题研究的有效性。
为进一步把握课题研究方向，切实推进课题研究工作，本次会议邀请了四位专家莅临指导：正高级教师、省特级教师、首批省教学名师、首批省教学带头人林睿老师；福建省特级教师、十三五省名师、福建省学科带头人、集美大学硕士研究生导师、厦门五中副校长张荣生老师；厦门市教科院《厦门教育》主编叶悬冰老师；思明小学校长、厦门市专家型教师陈雪芳老师。同时到场的还有我校陈燕华校长、吕珈臻副校长、吴锦福副校长，10个课题主持人及他们的核心成员，活动分成上下午两场举行。
