毕业这两年
今天写这些东西,回想这两年多一点的时间,总是没有远离迷茫,这总让我觉得自己是个彻底的失败者。两年多的时间,两个工作。不同的感受,不一样的收获。
学校上学那会,觉得挥斥方遒,指点江山是那么随意,毕业后才发现自己是多么幼稚,幻想着可以随意婉转社会,才发现,自己连自己都玩不转!曾给自己设定了个小目标,三年后自己一年收入超过10万,不知道这个目标的定位在什么层次。
毕业后第一份工作在富士康,太原富士康,估计看到富士康最先想到的是跳楼,我去之前也是这印象。没有必须选择那里,但我还是去了,估计也是因为它的大,有它的过人之处吧。就这样去了太原,两年的时间。前一个多月是培训,各种培训,几十个人一个教室,还是学校那种氛围,不过在学校是交钱听课,在这里却是听课挣钱,当时觉得还挺高兴。接下来的是三个月的现场历练,美其名曰是现场历练,说白了就是个工人,当然是个不称职的工人,各种事情各种不想做,嫌东嫌西,有也有痛苦,换句话说,痛并快乐着。我就把他比作算是另一种军训吧,对性格的改变,对身份的改变是有点帮助的。
我在富士康正是的工作部门是组装厂,做的全是苹果的后壳组装。静电衣静电鞋是进车间的标配,估计电子厂里面都是这样吧。第一个领导居然是我的老乡,而且这两年来一直和他一起,即是上下级关系,也是朋友关系。因为他只比我大两岁,可他在那里已经工作了十年了,深深地佩服,佩服他那种坚持!
在富士康这种公司,培训是必不可少的要接触到的东西,完善的培训制度是我离开后一直怀念的东西。管理制度给我的更多的是令行禁止和时间观念的塑造。我的东西!在那里工作对我来说其实是挺快乐的,因为有个好相处的主管,因为有一群朋友,可以帮我的朋友。因为在那里,自己是有很多机会的,提升自己,展现自己。因为在这里,付出是有回报的,当然,在这里,我也有觉得我那个小目标是可以实现的。我对自己不能说是满意,但是我在努力想着这个目标进步,越来越近。我喜欢并享受这种快节奏的方式。
虽然在这里工作是挺好的,但是我一直处于迷茫中,我每天只是努力的昨晚自己的工作,没有给自己一个明确的未来的规划,因为我不知道自己以后要做什么吧,估计很多人都是这样的,这应该才是我最失败的地方了吧。所以,我想去看看外面的世界,趁着还可以折腾的时候。我离开了哪里,离开的时候,我想哭,这种感觉甚至是大学毕业那会都没有的感觉。我相信那里对我不仅仅只是一个工作过得地方,那里更多的是成长。
第二份工作在我的老家石家庄,一个国企改制后的股份制企业。各种制度都无法和富士康相比较,这可能是我先入为主的理念导致的吧。工作没有效率,我都不知道自己要做什么了,甚至都忘了自己想从富士康出来看外面世界的想法,我开始了混日子,一个月两个月 五个月。我甚至都说服了自己,就这样堕落一阵子,再堕落一阵子。朋友说我已经到了得过且过的程度。各种估计各种劝说。希望我在改变。梦中的人不想醒来,是因为梦中一切是美好的。现实是迷茫的,这几个月的堕落,是可怕的可怕到自己都不知道自己还能干什么,这个时候的迷茫,甚至超过了刚毕业不知道自己未来的那种迷茫!

三下乡出征第一天
今天早上八点半我们15食品所有人就集中在尚雅楼下,准备去我们的基地遂溪岭北的调丰小学进行三下乡支教。在车上,我们一群人有说有笑地期待着这次支教之旅。惆怅的是我毫无疑问地晕车了,班上的同学无论男的女的都很关心我,给我找驱风油,我真的很欣慰。

休息过后我们跟小孩子们玩了起来,小孩子一脸的童真真的好可爱,看着他们,就像以前的自己,无忧无虑,我们有的在骑自行车,打羽毛球,打篮球,向年纪大一点的女孩子学滑板,此时的我们不在是一个大学生,而是他们的玩伴。
紧接着我们全班45个人召开了一个会议,为我们接下来的十天三下乡活动打响一个钟,借此来安排工作。今天的我们真的很棒,把卫生搞得好好的,但是我们更多的是反省,总结今天做的不够好的地方。
