1. Use the Hot air gun heat the four sides of the ipad for 1-2 minutes to soften the double-sided adhesive around the interior, and then use a knife to gently pull out a breakthrough. Don't be too deep to have 5 mm. To prevent scratches the touch screen.
Push the knife in one direction. If the resistance is large, use the air gun to heat it near the direction of the knife edge. After the opening, you can put some sheets or cards under it to prevent it from sticking again.

8. Carefully remove the tape from the perimeter of the outer screen and carefully attach the new tape around the border. Wipe the touch screen dust, fingerprints, etc. with a cloth.
First install the machine, then install the internal screen and insert the battery. Install the crimping plate, isolate the aluminum plate, and fix the internal screen screws.
Use the air gun to heat the four sides of the outer screen to make the adhesion tape better, and finally close the outer screen.
